Phil Kelley Joins Morrison as Operating Partner

Brings 30 Years of Operational, Financial and Strategic Leadership Experience Across Global Infrastructure Landscape

Further Strengthens Morrison’s North American Bench of Talent and Capabilities

New York - Morrison today announces the appointment of Phil Kelley as an Operating Partner, effective immediately. Based in the United States, Mr. Kelley will be focused on supporting origination and management of digital investments globally.

Mr. Kelley is a highly experienced operator, having spent 27 years at Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI), the largest U.S. provider of shared communications infrastructure, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, leading teams in M&A, Strategy, Business Development and Fiber Product.

Mr. Kelley joins Morrison at an exciting time for the firm as it continues to strategically scale its global platform and increase its boots-on-the-ground presence in North America.

Mr. Kelley began his career at Goldman Sachs owned Archon Group as a financial Analyst. He has served on numerous company boards, including Crown Castle Australia, FiberTower, Pinnacle Towers Limited (UK), Vapor IO, TriStar Investors , and Azonic Networks Ltd. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Harvard University with a concentration in Economics.
